March 7, 2022: codemantra has started the year 2022 on a positive note by successfully completing the Workplace Assessment for Safety and Hygiene audit conducted onsite at codemantra’s Chennai facility by The Quality Council of India.
The main focus of the audit was to ensure codemantra’s operational and workplace safety for safeguarding the health and safety of employees. And, complying with all new COVID-19 related requirements from regulatory and health authorities and/or other Government bodies, ensuring operational business continuity to continue to serve its customers, and protect the valued business partnerships.
Speaking after receiving the certification, Vanitha, Director Talent Management and Organizational Development, mentioned, “The main focus to achieve the WASH Audit certification was to ensure all codemantra employees have the full confidence when they return to work after a long hiatus due to the ongoing pandemic. codemantra is fully committed to the safety and well-being of its employees during and post-pandemic times.”
